I finally have all of the pieces of the puzzle in place for the launch of my newly redesigned weight management program, which we are calling "The Good Fit!" I have been helping people with weight management for the past 8 years and have been a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine for 5 years. I have really learned a lot in this time and am very excited to be able to put it all together to make an all encompassing program that is meant to be customized to fit you and not the other way around.
